Win7 Aero Glow Theme With Install Options

Here is a cool choice...

INSTALL BY HAND or ...

INSTALL USING VBS THEME INSTALLER

If ... you install by hand then remember to rename
the Start Orb Folder To Explorer.exe

If ... you install using the Install Theme.vbs
it will install the Theme Automatically
And make "This" theme... the current Theme

I improved the .vbs script for long file named.theme files
I found that I had to rewrite the code
to allow for a space in the file name.
( It's always good to improve on what you are doing... and learn something new )
( I was able to find the code info that I needed by using GOOGLE )
